   Consultation Scheduling

   We schedule a free consultation, secure the appointment, and confirm all necessary details.

   Engagement Agreement

   If the client wishes to proceed after the consultation, we send an Engagement Agreement outlining the terms of representation, expectations for both parties, and fee arrangements.

5. 5

   Case Opening

   Once we receive the signed Engagement Agreement and Retainer Deposit, if applicable, the case is officially opened, and the firm's attorneys begin working the case.
